Bluetooth Setup Guide for Hearing Aids
General Steps for Pairing
Enable Bluetooth on your phone or device via Settings > Bluetooth (Android) or Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices (iPhone/iPad).
Restart your hearing aids to enter pairing mode:
-
- Rechargeable models: Place in the charger for a moment and remove, or press the power button for ~3 seconds until you hear a tone.
- Battery-powered models: Open and close the battery door to power cycle.
Wait for your device to detect your hearing aids. Select them from the available device list to pair and connect.
Once paired, your hearing aids should show as connected for phone calls, media streaming, or app control.

Tips & Troubleshooting
- If pairing fails, unpair or “forget” the hearing aids from your device’s Bluetooth menu, then repeat the pairing process.
- Ensure no other devices are actively connected (Bluetooth off on nearby devices).
- For media not streaming: check app permissions, volume level, and confirm the hearing aids are recognized in your device’s sound settings.
- Rename paired devices (in Bluetooth settings) to distinguish left/right aids and make future pairing easier.
- If needed, visit the manufacturer's support pages linked above for step by step videos or PDF guides.
